WHAT IS GAYLES AUTOMOTIVE'S RETURN POLICY?
Here's what you need to know about Gayles Automotive's product returns:
Products, purchases, or items identified as "All Sales Final" or "shown at a reduced sales price" either at the store, online, on the receipt or otherwise, are not eligible for return, onsite or online.
You can return an eligible product purchased from Gayles Automotive to our business location.
Returning an Online Purchase to an Gayles Automotive place of business or Online purchases can be returned to our business address within 45 days from the date of purchase as NEW, which means the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Please bring the original packaging and your receipt and have your Order Confirmation email ready.
Your refund will be credited back to you using the same payment method you used for your original order.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You must have one of the following IDs for returns:
Driver's License
State ID
Military ID
Permanent Resident Card or Border Crossing Card
If You Have Proof of Purchase/Receipt
We allow 45 days for you to return a product as NEW, which means the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item.
Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded in most cases.
All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order.
If You Don't Have Proof of Purchase/Receipt
If you return an item without proof of purchase, you will receive an merchandise gift card at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 45 days. It must be returned as NEW, which means the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item.
To Obtain an Online Receipt
You can find a copy of your receipt in your Order Confirmation email. Warranty Returns
The warranty period is 45 days from your date of purchase or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original sales receipt. Please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy for details.
Core Returns
All Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased, in original packaging and in fully rebuildable, undamaged, condition. In some cases, fluids must be drained. Please refer to our Core Charge Policy for more information.
Other Conditions for Returns
Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and electrical/electronic goods, are not returnable. We have a list of non-returnable items in our Returns Policy.
Certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and Equipment are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee when returned.
Clearance and "AS IS" merchandise are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless it is determined that Gayles Automotive was in error.
